Role Overview
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives with a strong focus on employer branding, employee relations, and talent acquisition. This role plays a critical part in positioning the company as an employer of choice, fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment, and building a high-performing workforce aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation in the real estate industry
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the company's presence across digital platforms, job portals, and industry networks
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns, content, and messaging
- Promote company culture, values, and employee value proposition (EVP) to attract top talent
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment strategy for corporate, technical, and sales roles
- Lead workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders to align hiring with growth objectives
- Develop sourcing strategies for both volume hiring (e.g., sales agents) and niche roles (e.g., project managers, architects)
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure efficient hiring processes with high-quality hires
- Guide and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and improve time-to-fill
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Lead employee relations strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
- Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Develop and implement engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership and department heads
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, employee engagement, and talent strategies
- Influence and support leadership in driving a strong people-centric culture
Process Improvement & HR Operations
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment, employer branding, and employee relations processes
- Establish and monitor HR metrics such as time-to-fill, employee engagement, turnover, and employer brand effectiveness
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 8–10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment, and employee relations
- Background in real estate, property development, or related industries is highly preferred
