We're looking for a highly skilled and creative designer to bridge global brand vision with impactful in-market retail execution. This role transforms campaign toolkits into compelling, production-ready trade assets that drive visibility and sales at the point of purchase.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, focused on trade marketing and physical media
- Strong knowledge of print production (offset/digital, bleeds, ink limits, materials)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Expertise in 3D design tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender, 3ds Max)
- Exceptional visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with US-based teams
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global campaigns into localized trade marketing assets (POS, displays, digital)
- Conceptualize and produce visuals, including 3D renderings and mockups using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D software (Adobe Dimension, Blender, 3ds Max)
- Prepare print-ready layouts across various materials and ensure production accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine and finalize designs
- Apply brand guidelines and design principles to all outputs
