We are seeking for a Senior Enterprise Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for creating a single source of truth across the company, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive:

Core Responsibilities
A. Executive & Chief of Staff Support
Focus: Strategy execution & visibility
- Build and maintain OKR/KPI dashboards
- Prepare CEO / Board decks
- Translate data into decision-ready insights
Track:
- Strategic initiatives
- Growth metrics
- Cross-functional performance
Support:
- Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Leadership meetings
- Strategic planning cycles
B. Finance Support
Focus: Financial truth & performance
Maintain:
- Revenue dashboards
- Margin analysis (project, service line)
- Forecast vs actual tracking
Support:
- Budgeting & forecasting cycles
- P&L per service line
- Cost structure analysis
- Cash flow visibility (optional)
Partner on:
- Pricing analysis
- Deal profitability insights
C. Delivery Operations Support
Focus: Operational performance
Build dashboards for:
- Utilisation (by team, role, service line)
- Project margin
- Delivery health (on-time / on-budget)
- Resource allocation
Identify:
- Margin leakage
- Underperforming projects
- Capacity bottlenecks
Support PMO with:
- Standard reporting frameworks
- Performance tracking templates
D. Sales & Commercial Support (Secondary but important)
- Pipeline analytics
- Conversion rates
- Account growth trends
- Sales vs delivery alignment insights
- Hubspot report management
Key Deliverables
This role must produce high-impact artifacts, not just reports:
Weekly:
- Executive dashboard (Revenue, UT, Margin, Pipeline)
- Delivery performance snapshot
Monthly:
- Service line performance report
- Margin analysis (planned vs actual)
- Forecast vs actual
Quarterly:
- Board / COMEX deck
- Strategic OKR progress report
- Business health report
Core KPIs:
- Accuracy of reporting (>95%)
- Time to produce insights (fast turnaround)
- Adoption of dashboards by leadership
- Reduction in manual reporting effort
- Improved:
- Forecast accuracy
- Margin visibility
- Decision speed
Qualifications
Experience:
5–10 years in:
- Consulting
- Finance analytics
- Business intelligence Analytics
- Experience in professional services companies (mandatory)
Skills:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
- Strong storytelling with data
- Financial literacy (margin, P&L)
- Structured thinking (consulting-style)
- Curious and proactive
- Not just reporting → interpreting
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Can challenge leaders with data
