What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Proven portfolio in sportswear/teamwear design with a modern, premium aesthetic (Experience with global brands like Adidas/Nike or similar is a strong advantage)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CorelDRAW is a plus)
- Solid understanding of sublimation workflow from mock-up to production
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Requirement: Portfolio showcasing relevant sportswear or apparel design work
Nice to Have
- Experience creating sales/marketing materials (PDFs, lookbooks, e-commerce visuals)
- Familiarity with 3D garment design tools
What You'll Do
- Design cutting-edge multi-sport kits (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Rugby, and more)
- Develop full brand systems: logos, colors, typography, patterns, and sponsor placements
- Create premium mock-ups (flat layouts and 3D/on-body visuals)
- Convert designs into factory-ready sublimation files (panel mapping, seams, bleeds, colorways, sizing notes)
- Collaborate with sales, production, and QC teams to deliver high-quality outputs
- Communicate directly with clients (in English) to secure fast approvals
- Contribute to marketing assets, lookbooks, and collection concepts
- Maintain organized templates and files for efficiency and scalability
