Job Description
Responsibilities
>Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of Quality Objectives.
>Gets job schedule from Supervisor and prepares lay-out ensuring that the job to be done should meet the target completion date according to priorities.
>Checks all specifications of the product to be done.
>Checks and reviews job schedules received from Supervisor to determine if there are lacking information or specifications that needed to be clarified first before proceeding to the lay-out process.
>Prepares final lay-out of the job or product in preparation for positive making.
>Checks and evaluates job finished prior to submission or endorsement to ensure conformance to required specifications.
>Responsible for daily calibration of the computer monitor assigned under his accountability and ensuring that other equipment being used are properly functioning.
>Prepares back-up copy of the job or product scanned for future reference.
>Accomplishes all necessary reports that may be required by his immediate superior.
Requirements
>One (1) year minimum experience in the particular field
>Four Year College graduate or Two-Year Course graduate any related courses
Skills
>Proficient in Design Software such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator,) and lay-out procedures.
