Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Degree qualified in Graphic Design or related courses with at 2-6 years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, specifically Word and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent technical skills and understanding of file integration with other non-graphics applications
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities:
Tier 1 Designer:
- Cleanup of the slide, including any of the following: slide title and footer alignment, casing, pagination, applying slide design, image change and resizing, simple tables
- Rebranding the slide (i.e., placing the slide into a new template)
- Cleanup of the slide, including any of the following: simple text blocks, simple icon work, simple data charts, text-intensive tables
Tier 2 Designer:
- Slide resize
- Complex layout (combination of icons, text blocks, etc.), complex charts (diagrams, relationship charts, org charts, etc.), tables with multiple design elements, data-heavy tables, image research
- Retyping of screen shots to editable text
- Template building
- Artwork redraw
