Job Purpose
The Inclusion & Belonging Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and measurement of global initiatives focused on fostering inclusion and belonging, with a strong emphasis on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as part of Asurion's commUnity efforts. This role helps drive programs that acknowledge, respect, and celebrate the unique backgrounds, identities, and perspectives of our employees in the Philippines. The Inclusion & Belonging Analyst fosters a culture where all employees feel welcome, valued, and empowered to contribute to the collective success of our organization, ensuring local compliance and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Resource Group (ERG) Support
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly ERG leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow-up support.
- Ensure timely execution of ERG-sponsored events and initiatives in collaboration with ERG leads and site coordinators.
- Support ERG data collection, budgeting, reporting, and participation tracking.
- Assist in onboarding and development of new ERG leaders and members.
- Manage budgets and ensure records and reports are submitted to the finance team in a timely manner.
- Bridge ERGs and community action: Translate ERG priorities into inclusive volunteer and giving opportunities that reflect local needs, partnering with Compassion Forward to amplify impact across sites.
Inclusion & Belonging Program Operations
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide inclusion and belonging programs and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain communication strategies and content to support internal awareness, including newsletters, dashboards, and intranet pages.
- Maintain project trackers and timelines to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Establish communications, sponsorships, and partnerships that build community support and development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with site leaders and internal partners to provide tools, resources, and guidance for local inclusion and belonging efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between ERGs and corporate functions (HR, Communications, Legal, Finance) to align strategies and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
Tools, Training & Measurement
- Assist in the development of training, toolkits, and educational resources related to inclusion and belonging.
- Track metrics and support the development of data-driven reports and presentations for leadership, including insights on participation in educational programs.
- Support audits or assessments to ensure local legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in HR, charitable organization, or Customer/Employee Experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively across various levels and cultures.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams or SharePoint.
- Experience in compiling, analyzing, and summarizing information for reports.

Job Description
The Inclusion and Belonging Specialist supports the implementation, coordination, and measurement of global Inclusion and Belonging initiatives, with a focus on Employee Resource Groups as part of Asurion's commUnity efforts. This role helps activate programs, events, communications, and resources that foster connection, belonging, employee engagement, and participation across teams, locations, and regions.
Acting as a liaison and coordinator, the role partners across departments and geographies to support ERG operations, regional and site-level activation, and alignment with business objectives, company policies, and applicable local legal and cultural requirements. The Specialist also maintains program tools and resources, gathers employee and stakeholder feedback, and tracks participation and engagement data to communicate impact and support continuous improvement.
Employee Resource Group (ERG) Support
- Support ERG governance, including operating guidelines, annual calendars, leadership expectations, standard processes, and alignment across groups.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly ERG leadership meetings, including agenda planning, meeting structure, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Provide ERG leaders with tools, templates, and guidance to support event planning, communications, budgeting, and program execution.
- Partners with ERG leads and site coordinator(s) to support timely execution of ERG-sponsored events and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate ERG records, including leadership rosters, participation data, meeting notes, event documentation, budget information, and reporting.
- Assist with onboarding, development, and ongoing support of ERG leaders and members.
Inclusion and Belonging Program Operations
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of global Inclusion and Belonging programs, campaigns, learning events, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including event intake and planning, speaker coordination, calendar invites, run-of-show creation, vendor coordination, communications planning, and registration or tracking.
- Create Workday Learning Events for assigned regions based on ticketing system requests and support post-event follow-up through surveys, recaps, and participation reporting.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, communications, and implementation materials to support timely execution across regions and sites.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with site leaders and internal partners to provide tools, resources, and guidance in support of local Inclusion and Belonging efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between Employee Resource Groups and corporate functions such as HR, Communications, Legal, and Finance to align strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal financial regulations.
- Support the adoption and customization of initiatives in line with global strategies, local requirements, cultural considerations, and company policies.
Tools, Training & Measurement
- Develop and maintain Inclusion and Belonging program documentation, trackers, templates, standard operating procedures, training materials, toolkits, and educational resources.
- Track participation, engagement, program effectiveness, and educational program metrics to support data-driven reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Maintain accurate and accessible records, approvals, event documentation, and supporting materials to support audit readiness and internal review processes.
- Support audits, assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure Inclusion and Belonging programs align with company policies, internal controls, and applicable local legal requirements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency across Inclusion and Belonging programs and ERG support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Inclusion and Belonging, Communications, Employee Experience, Program Coordination, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting programs, Employee Resource Groups, learning events, culture initiatives, or employee engagement activities.
- Strong project coordination, organization, and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting event logistics, communications, documentation, reporting, or stakeholder coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams, levels, cultures, and geographies.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint; experience with Workday Learning, ticketing systems, dashboards, or reporting tools, preferred.
