Job OverviewAs a Medical Interpreter, you will facilitate clear and accurate communication between healthcare professionals and Spanish-speaking patients. Your role will directly contribute to better patient care and understanding.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation (Spanish ↔ English)
- Interpret medical discussions including diagnoses, treatments, and procedures
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity in every interaction
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Document call details (date, time, duration, type)
- Continuously improve knowledge of medical terminology
Requirements- Fluency in Spanish & English (spoken + comprehension)
- Experience in medical interpretation preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements- Minimum 15 Mbps internet speed
