Job Description:

The Tele Interview team coordinates and conducts medical interviews with clients applying for life insurance. The tele-Interviewer collects confidential information about the client's medical history and lifestyle. Successful candidates will join a new team composed of high-energy individuals with a passion of delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in any medical-related courses: Nursing, MedTech, OT/PT etc.

• At least 1.6 years solid experience with a complex and metrics-driven account (proven longevity

in a company)

• Knowledge on Insurance and related products

• Knowledge of medical terminology (medical conditions, medicines, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent reading skills and comprehension

• Experience in Outbound/Healthcare campaign is a plus

• Proficiency in multiple languages including Mandarin and English is required

• Advanced clinical level knowledge of medical terminology is essential

• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
