1. Senior Sourcing Specialist

Experience: 3+ years

Offer / Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000

Role Requirements:

- Must have a solid background in Corporate Recruitment.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate recruitment.

2. Sourcing Specialist

Vacancies: 5

Experience: 1+ years

Offer / Salary Range: PHP 23,000 – PHP 30,000

Role Requirements:

Option A: Corporate recruitment background (even without full end-to-end experience)

Option B: End-to-end recruitment background (even without a direct corporate recruitment background).

Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.

Responsibilties:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, initial assessments, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to department heads. Help them define job requirements, set realistic timelines, and provide feedback on the local talent market.
• ATS Management: Keep Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) 100% up-to-date to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth handoff once a candidate signs their offer, setting them up for a great first day.
