Market Analysis & Cost Optimization: Monitoring market trends, commodity prices, and risks, while analyzing the total cost of ownership to identify savings.
Strategic Sourcing Strategy: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align procurement processes with organizational goals, including the use of tools like SAP or Microsoft Office.
Risk Mitigation: Developing strategies to manage potential supply disruptions, including diversifying the supplier base and implementing contingency plans.
