As a Sourcing Manager, you are the strategic architect of our supply chain. Your mission is to find the best partners, products, and services that keep our business running at peak efficiency. You don't just buy things; you build a network of reliable, high-quality vendors while ensuring we get the best possible value for every dollar spent.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Research and identify top-tier suppliers globally or locally. You will lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes to find the perfect match for our needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Act as the lead negotiator to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that protect the company's interests.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain long-term partnerships. You will conduct regular performance reviews to ensure vendors are meeting our standards for quality and delivery.
- Cost Management: Analyze market trends and internal spending to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without sacrificing quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Evaluate supplier stability and develop Plan B options to ensure our operations are never disrupted by supply chain shortages or global logistics issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure all purchases align with company budgets and compliance standards.
