We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist. You will serve as a key bridge between the company and external partners, with core responsibilities including expanding and maintaining partnership relations, introducing high-quality resources, and driving business growth through efficient process
management to ensure the smooth execution of collaborative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Acquisition and Partnership Expansion: Proactively identify and develop potential partners (e.g.,
- brands, influencers, MCN agencies) to establish collaborative relationships and introduce key resources for the business.
- Partnership Policy Drafting: Draft, optimize, and refine business collaboration proposals, policies, and processes to ensure clear and mutually beneficial terms.
- Talent Scouting: Actively seek and evaluate promising influencers/KOLs to build and enrich the company's talent resource pool, supporting marketing initiatives.
- End-to-End Business Management: Independently manage the entire business process of collaborations,
- including contract review and signing, invoice management, data reconciliation, and settlement, ensuring compliance and efficient project closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in internet, media, or e-commerce industries.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation techniques, and resource integration capabilities.
