THE ROLE

This role is a productive-driven position within IGH's Global Delivery strategy and is designed to extend recruiting capacity and support both U.S.-based and international growth initiatives. The Sourcer will partner closely with U.S. Recruiters, the International Nursing team, and Philippine based Operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with IGH's recruiting framework and shared values. This position will initially support these three primary areas recruiting on healthcare centered openings and is expected to evolve over time as the Philippine Delivery Center scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms
• Conduct high-volume phone and virtual screenings to assess experience, skills, and motivation Accurately document candidate information and progress in IGH recruiting systems
• Maintain service-level expectations for candidate through outreach, relationship, and responsiveness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiters, Account Managers, and Operations teams.
• Adhere to IGH recruiting best practices, compliance standards, and data privacy expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, including phone calls, messaging, and follow-ups
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence conversations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work night shifts in accordance with U.S. timing
