Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct technical discussions, discovery meetings, and requirements analysis with prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration specifications.
Assist sales team in evaluating options and framing competitive solutions.
Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical walkthroughs.
To perform other duties related to his job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Bachelors/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support.
Requirements gathering and solution mapping
Effective client communication and relationship management.
Assisting in system deployment, configuration, and go-live support.
Basic networking
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and security best practice.
