KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software components according to technical specifications.
• Read, analyze, and reverse-engineer program code to document essential business rules, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
• Adopt a Customer Centricity mindset by ensuring software outputs meet user requirements and quality standards.

Growing Our Business

• Actively participate in the Full-Stack Bootcamp to acquire mastery in Java/Angular, contributing to the organization's technical capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for Innovation in code structure or process that can add value to Pointwest's service offerings

Improving the Way We Work

• Apply Agility by debugging and correcting errors promptly, rechecking programs to ensure desired results are consistently produced.
• Follow industry best practices and internal coding standards to ensure code maintainability and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science (highly preferred) or other related IT courses.
• Technical Interest: Strong desire to be trained and specialize in Java and Angular frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and derive logical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate in a professional environment.
