Analyst Programmer

The Analyst Programmer is a mid-level technical role responsible for coding, testing, and problemsolving with limited supervision. This position contributes to software development projects by creating 

functional modules, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to align technical objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain functional software modules to meet business and technical 

requirements.

• Debug moderately complex issues and support system troubleshooting for performance 

improvements.

• Document system updates and code changes for future reference and team collaboration.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with technical goals and system architecture.

• Provide occasional guidance to Junior Analysts, supporting their technical growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, 

or a related field.

• Work Experience:

o 1-3 years of experience in software development, programming, or system analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).

• Familiarity with Angular, Angular.js, Vue.js, Spring Boot Java.

• Experience with debugging tools and software troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL).

• Understanding of system analysis and software design principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with moderate independence.

• Effective collaboration and communication within project teams.
