Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our brand presence across key platforms. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, influencer outreach, and organic growth, with the goal of driving traffic and generating leads for our Shopify store.

The ideal candidate is experienced in social media marketing for e-commerce brands, highly organized, and capable of executing content strategies independently while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Job Highlights

Schedule: Part Time (20 hours per week) Flexible 6am-8pm EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals
• Conduct influencer outreach to increase brand awareness and audience reach
• Manage community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Drive organic traffic and leads to the Shopify store through strategic posting
• Set up and optimize social media accounts on new or existing platforms
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the business owner to align content with brand identity and product offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management for e-commerce or retail brands
• Strong understanding of Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Experience with content scheduling tools and social media analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
