Role Summary:
We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand presence, engage with our audience, and support our marketing efforts across multiple social platforms. You'll work closely with the content, design, and strategy teams to publish, monitor, and optimize content that drives engagement, builds community, and generates leads.
Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure content is published on time and aligned with brand voice and strategy
- Coordinate content calendar with creative and strategy teams
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags across platforms
- Engage with followers to build a loyal online community
- Escalate important queries to the appropriate team member
Social Media Outreach & Growth
- Actively reach out to and engage with other businesses, influencers, creators, and relevant accounts on social media platforms
- Initiate and maintain conversations that support community building and brand exposure
- Identify strategic engagement opportunities to increase visibility and generate leads
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on engagement, growth, reach, and conversions
- Identify trends in audience behavior and report insights to the strategist
- Support campaign performance reviews and suggest optimizations
Content Support
- Assist in brainstorming and organizing content ideas
- Coordinate with designers/editors to make sure deliverables match briefs
- Write short-form copy (captions, hashtags, CTAs) when needed
Research & Trends
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and viral trends
- Monitor competitor accounts and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Students or fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- 12 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus
- Solid communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable using Canva, Google Suite, and basic content editing tools
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with remote or hybrid teams
- Comfortable in a startup-like settingready to move fast, test ideas, and iterate
- Must be willing to work on-site Monday to Friday (Shangri-La, Mandaluyong) ASAP
- Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
