Schedule:
- Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm MST
Responsibilities
- Create approximately 20 engaging social media posts per week across multiple platforms
- Develop content primarily for Facebook and Instagram, with additional posting on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Present weekly content batches during structured approval meetings with marketing leadership
- Schedule and publish approved content according to the strategic content calendar
- Monitor and report on post-performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion data
- Conduct competitive research and analysis of industry social media trends and strategies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and their native analytics tools
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team
- Bonus if you have automotive or service industry experience
- It helps if you're familiar with competitive analysis and market research methodologies
