Duties/Responsibilities
Plan and execute effective social media recruitment strategies that will help us attract and hire top-notch candidates
Establish sourcing methods and generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on recruitment at all social media platforms.
Create and post detailed and transparent job ads (as needed) that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the positions
Analyze running campaigns and analyze web traffic metrics
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field
1 year of related experience
Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent networking abilities
