Social Media Manager to lead content planning and execution for

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Manage social media presence for 4 separate brands across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
- Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, Reels/TikToks, stories, captions, and graphics
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for each business
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and brand-appropriate interactions
- Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, leadership) to ensure consistent branding and messaging
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or accounts
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with short-form video creation and editing
- Understanding of analytics, insights, and performance optimization
- Ability to switch between brands, tones, and strategies seamlessly
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive
- Strong communication and time-management skills
