Position: Social Media Manager
Remote VA is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of our diverse portfolio of clients, crafting engaging content, and building meaningful connections with their online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- blast emails, lightning deals, includes customer relations
- needs to clean images, fix images on emails / listings
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and goals
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize content and grow audience engagement
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Remote Position)
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into action
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Fluency in English required
