Job Description

MEDVA is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on content creation, focusing on short-form video and maintaining a consistent, elevated brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to expand presence on emerging platforms.
  • Content Creation & Execution
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, with emphasis on short-form video (Reels, TikTok).
  • Ensure all content aligns with Lindora's clean, editorial brand style.
  • Adapt content for both local and national audiences.
  • Brand & Creative Direction
  • Translate brand guidelines into compelling and visually cohesive social content.
  • Apply strong editorial design sensibility (non-template, non-stock-heavy approach).
  • Collaborate on creative concepts that elevate brand positioning.
  • Platform Growth & Engagement
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Implement best practices and trends relevant to each platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media for multi-location, brick-and-mortar brands.
  • Background in fitness, health, beauty, or wellness industries highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in content creation, editing, and platform-native publishing.

Technical & Creative Requirements

  • Must have experience - Native proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, organized file systems).
  • Strong short-form video editing skills.
  • Refined editorial design aesthetic aligned with a clean, modern brand identity.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content without reliance on templates or stock-heavy visuals.
