NeoWork is looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for a service-based business. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives in hands-on content creation, community management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategies tailored for a service-based businessfocused on lead generation, local visibility, and brand trust.
  • Manage day-to-day content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Create or oversee basic visual and written content aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor social performance and engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven success supporting service-based or local businesses.
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Strong written English with basic design and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Ability to adapt content strategies based on engagement and lead metrics
