We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator to run the engine behind our social content operations. You'll oversee quality control, scheduling, and team execution across multiple Facebook and Instagram propertiesensuring nothing goes live until it's *actually* ready.
You'll manage 2 Virtual Assistants, own our Notion workflows, and be the final checkpoint between good enough and great. If you catch typos instinctively, communicate with clarity, and thrive in high-volume environments, you'll excel here.
Content Quality Control (Primary Focus)
- Review high-volume content pipelines: AI-generated reels, images, quotes, and captions
- Final-check for brand fit, clarity, formatting, and tone before anything goes live
- Catch errors that others misstypos, awkward phrasing, visual glitches, off-brand moments
- Train and elevate VA output over time
Workflow & Operations
- Own the Notion content calendar: oversee scheduling, status tracking, and pipeline hygiene
- Ensure content queues are filled 7+ days ahead with no gaps or last-minute scrambles
- Build checklists and systems that reduce mistakes and speed up execution
Team Leadership
- Directly manage 2 VAs: assign priorities, review work, provide fast feedback
- Build their problem-solving skills so they escalate less and execute more
- Maintain high standards without micromanaging
Performance & Strategy
- Monitor basic content signals (shares, saves, watch time) to spot patterns
- Flag what's working, what's dying, and what needs to change
- Ensure seasonal moments and key dates are planned, not forgotten
Requirements
Native-level English (written + verbal)
5+ years in Meta operations (FB/IG + Business Suite)
Expert Notion skills (or similar workflow tools)
Strong copy-editing and quality control instincts
Familiarity with AI content tools
Creative instincts for hooks and engagement
Hands on experience of Notion, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT/AI tools, Google Workspace, Slack
