Role Description

This is a full-time off-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts (such as Linkedin), developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and executing content strategies, and optimizing social media performance. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in Communication and Writing
  • Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
