Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Influencer Executive to manage and elevate Nail Tropics

social presence while building meaningful relationships with influencers and creators. This role

is ideal for someone who understands beauty, lifestyle, and local community marketing and can

execute content and partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and execute daily social media content across platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, TikTok, and others as needed)

● Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand

goals

● Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including outreach, collaboration

planning, and follow-ups

● Coordinate influencer visits, gifted services, and campaign timelines

● Monitor trends, audience engagement, and platform updates to keep content relevant

● Track performance metrics and provide insights on growth, reach, and engagement

● Ensure all content reflects Nail Tropics luxury, tropical, and welcoming brand voice

● Collaborate with design, marketing, and salon teams to align promotions and launches

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer partnerships

● Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and best practices

● Experience managing brand or business social media accounts

● Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang Muntinlupa

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

● Experience working with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands

● On-camera confidence or experience directing content creators

● Basic photo/video editing skills for social content

● Familiarity with analytics tools and influencer tracking platforms

● Community management and comment engagement experience
