The Site Selection and ATM Field Officer is primarily responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for new ATM installations and managing relationships with lessors and property partners. The role includes conducting site assessments, negotiating commercial terms, securing contracts, and ensuring compliance with ATM siting standards. The officer also supports the operational readiness of ATM deployments and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful installation and ongoing site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new offsite ATMs based on foot traffic, accessibility, commercial viability, and strategic placement.
- Conduct ocular inspections to assess suitability, risk factors, and infrastructure readiness.
- Prepare site assessment reports and recommendations for management approval.
- Manage relationships with lessors, property owners, and commercial partners.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions in coordination with the ATM Site Selection Manager.
- Address lessor concerns and maintain strong rapport for long-term partnerships.
- Visit existing ATM sites regularly to assess ongoing performance, accessibility, and security.
- Prepare site selection reports, monthly ATM availability summaries, and relocation/termination documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- 13 years of relevant experience (fieldwork, sales, real estate, property management, or operations preferred).
- Familiarity with the assigned geographic area.
- Strong negotiation and client interaction skills.
- Ability to work independently and with flexible schedules.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills.
