The Site Acquisition Officer (VisMin) will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and source potential sites aligned with the company's restaurant expansion strategy.
- Conduct site mapping and trade area analysis to evaluate market potential and competitiveness.
- Perform site assessments including foot traffic, accessibility, visibility, and commercial viability.
- Lead site negotiations with property owners, brokers, and landlords to secure favorable lease terms.
- Prepare and manage site documentation, including lease agreements, contracts, and related requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lessors, brokers, and property developers to support future expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, construction, and legal teams) to ensure smooth site acquisition and store development.
- Monitor market trends and competitor locations to support location leadership and trade area dominance.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or store expansion, preferably in retail, restaurant, or FMCG industries.
- Experience in site sourcing, evaluation, and lease negotiation.
- Strong market analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with commercial leasing processes and documentation.
- Willing to conduct field work and site visits (VisMin areas).
