Job Description
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in an architect/lead role
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.)
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and integration patterns
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience designing and leading large-scale implementations or transformations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Developer certification
- Experience with carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance strategies
- Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise architecture
- Leadership and team management experience
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration patterns
