Detailed Job Description:

1) Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs

• Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements

• Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development

• Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance

• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments

• Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions

• Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer certification

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Knowledge of database design and SQL

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control

2) ServiceNow Technical/Functional Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy

• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Create solution architectures, data models, and integration strategies

• Lead implementation projects from planning through deployment

• Define best practices, technical standards, and governance frameworks

• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical direction to development teams

• Manage complex cross-module implementations and system migrations

• Establish roadmaps and optimize platform utilization

• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, business units, and infrastructure teams

• Evaluate ServiceNow modules, products, and emerging capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in an architect/lead role

• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.)

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and integration patterns

• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow platform capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience designing and leading large-scale implementations or transformations

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Developer certification

• Experience with carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance strategies

• Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise architecture

• Leadership and team management experience

• Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration patterns
