ServiceNow Application Developer
Tasks:
This position will be responsible for the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platorm. The primary focus of this role is Strategic Portolio Management (SPM) and may also work on other ServiceNow modules where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow platorm based on business requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather & understand requirements and translate to technical solutions, new applications, or to transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable solution.
Implement integrayions with other Client systems/applications using API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods
Ensure the latest ServiceNow features, and best practices are utilized to provide the most
efficient solutions.
Performs unit testing before turning the solution over for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Creates and maintains technical documentation.
Work cross-functionally with upstream/downstream applications, coordinate with multiple teams, follow up, and fix integration-related issues.
Analyze performance issues, fix bugs, and troubleshoot problems. Identify root cause,
recommend a permanent fix, and provide timely support to end-users.
Learn new technologies/products in a short span of time, adapt to the new environment, and provide efficient support.
Qualifications:
2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 1 year of experience in
ServiceNow SPM/ITBM Modules
Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as workflow, flow designer, business rules,
scripts, and Access Control List (ACL) rules
Strong understanding of SPM components like Demand Management and Resource
Management. Knowledge in Project Portolio Management (PPM) is a plus.
Experience in Power Apps and Power Platorm is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS), server, APIs
Experience working in a global setting
ServiceNow certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills (both writen and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and functionality
