Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an AI Consulting and IT Services Company in their search for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer based in the Philippines to work in a hybrid, but primarily remote set up.

Salary Range: up to $20 per hour

Working Hours: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week

Work Setup: Hybrid, Primarily Remote

Shift Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Location: Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao. The office address will depend on your location

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM development and implementation The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical capabilities in workflow configuration, scripting, and system integrations, along with exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise IT service management best practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM module.
  • Customize and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and CMDB.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain platform governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations aligned with ServiceNow standards.
  • Support platform upgrades and ensure compatibility across modules.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have at least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Development & Implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • Workflow design and automation
  • JavaScript scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions)
  • Service Portal development (preferred)
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based ITSM processes

Must Have Certifications

  • CSA Certified System Administrator
  • CAD Certified Application Developer
  • CIS-ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management)
  • ServiceNow Micro-Certifications
