Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement, configure, and maintain core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, Knowledge).
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and scripting.
- Automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).Manage Service Portal configuration and enhancements.
- Customize UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ACLs.
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT for developed features and fixes.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, and at least one of the following modules: HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and instance management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
