We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist with a strong focus on ServiceNow Discovery. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions

.Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solution
• sCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• .Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications
• .Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
• .Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
• .Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and software development methodologies
• .Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for future reference
• .Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on ServiceNow Discovery functionalities

.Mandatory Skill

• sStrong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• .Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• .Experience with ServiceNow modules and applications, particularly in ITSM and ITOM
• .Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• .Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• .Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

.Preferred Skill

• sExperience with other ServiceNow modules such as IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• .Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration with third party applications
• .Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• .Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus

.Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• .5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow
• .Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery solutions
• .Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
