Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM / Platform Developer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Manila

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM / Platform Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM processes, integrations, and platform maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with clone management, upgrades, monitoring, SLA management, and ticket lifecycle processes. Experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions and enhancements.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Manage CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping configurations.
  • Perform ServiceNow instance cloning activities and upgrade planning/execution.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
  • Configure and manage SLAs, notifications, workflows, and business processes.
  • Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks.
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Support ticket lifecycle management and platform governance activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Participate in platform optimization, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong ServiceNow Platform Development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
  • Experience with at least 1–2 ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP/API Integrations).
  • Experience in ServiceNow Clone Management and Instance Upgrades.
  • Knowledge of SLA configuration and Ticket Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
  • CMDB administration and governance.
  • Custom Application Development using App Engine Studio.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Azure, AWS, or other cloud integration experience.
  • DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
