Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize ServiceNow platform solutions for a global technology environment.
This role will focus on ServiceNow development, workflow configuration, platform integrations, CMDB optimization, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM implementation, AI-driven automation, and continuous platform improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building scalable technical solutions, working with global stakeholders, and improving enterprise technology platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions.
- Support and enhance key ServiceNow modules, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and configure workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric and scripting tools.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support and optimize CMDB data models and service mappings for accurate reporting and impact analysis.
- Implement AI-driven automation features such as Now Assist for ITSM.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Document development processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.
- Own and maintain compliance for ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric.
- Support platform leadership in preparing for Change Management and Architecture Review Board meetings.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of integrations to ensure they meet business and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT systems integration.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Experience with integration technologies and tools, including:
- APIs
- Web services
- Middleware
- Scripting tools
- Workflow configuration
- Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and service mapping.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.

Work Setup
