Job Description

As a Service Relationship Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Wealth Managers by providing administrative and logistical support.

How you will contribute

Client Relationship Management

  1. Coordinates with branches and different units of the Bank regarding customers requests, complaints and transactions (service charges, balance inquiries, checkbook requisition, passbook update, ATM replacement, bank/investments certification, MC/GC/DD/Remittance processing, Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) for bills payment, etc.).

Information / Records Administration

  1. Prepares the necessary documentation related to account opening, maintenance and investment transactions for
  2. customers. Ensures completeness and accuracy of such before submission to relevant units of the Bank.
  3. Prepares simple MIS and reports for management review.
  4. Ensures proper system and file maintenance of customer records.
  5. Acts as point person in requesting for office supplies and other administrative tasks within the Division.

Quality Orientation

  1. Signature-verifies forms signed by customer before submission to relevant units.

Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines

  1. Acts as Wealth Team's RCSA point person to comply with regulatory requirements.
  2. Adheres to prescribed policies and procedures, internal control, regulatory provisions of government and private agencies.

Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, and any other related courses
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in Banking, Credit Card Companies, Investment Houses, Leasing/Financing Institutions
  • With knowledge of bank processes, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task; with initiative, pleasant, and service-oriented
  • Wealth manager progression
