Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new partners while driving growth initiatives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new partners across multiple corporate sectors
  • Generate leads through research, referrals, and industry networking
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Legal, Finance) for seamless implementation
  • Promote and position corporate cash solutions such as: ( Disbursements, bulk payments, collections, cash pick –ups)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales targets
  • Provide insights to improve acquisition strategies and conversion efficiency
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and partner documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and partner records
  • Prepare reports on acquisition progress, deal status, and revenue contribution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in: Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management, Client Management.
  • Experience in handling contracts, documentation, or compliance processes is an advantage
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial services and cash solutions
  • Wiling to work onsite in Makati city
