Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Service Engineer at Quantel Global Philippines Corporation. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance and repair tasks. This is an on-site role located in Pasig.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns related to equipment servicing and maintenance, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting to restore optimal equipment performance.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and configuration best practices.
- Proactively identify and address potential equipment issues to minimize unplanned business interruptions.
- Manage logistics by delivering repaired equipment and collecting units for servicing directly from customer sites.
- Share technical knowledge by mentoring junior field engineers and supporting customer training when necessary.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, keeping stakeholders informed of issue status and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering technical expertise to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in test and measurement, electronics field and automation manufacturing or testing.
- With 2 to 5 years experience in the related field.
- Must be willing to travel and do field work
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Must know how to drive and have a driver's license.
- Knowledgeableand can understandprogramming platforms.
- Fresh Graduate can also apply.
