Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Provide
sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards

Perform
Installation, commissioning, training, calibration services, preventive
maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Travel within Philippines is
required.

Perform
engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.

Expand
MT's spares & services business and manage projects, contract services and
relationships with customers.

Generate
service leads and product cross-leads

Develop
competency in product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory
compliance standards. Successful in completing services and assigned service
responsibilities; regular updating of service management tools and service reports.
Proper managing of service job schedule and service tools. Meeting service sales
targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Combine
technical knowledge with customer management skills to articulate technology
and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure
complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process

What You Need to Succeed

Degree/Diploma
in preferable
in Chemistry, Engineering, electronics, instrumentations etc
from a reputable University

Instrumentation/Laboratorysalesortechnicalexperiencewouldbepreferred

Minimum
3 years working experience in a scientific equipment or Technical/Laboratory Service
Environment will be preferred

Independent
with a proactive approach to customer management

Understand
project management skills

Willing
to travel (within Philippines)

Valid
driving license

project management experience

Experience
with Instrumentation/Laboratory equipment
