Job Description

The Team Lead provides dotted line supervision to the branch personnel supporting the global branches. He/She also provides liaison support with other IT departments for projects, maintenance and compliance activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervises the branch coordinators and provides guidance for daily operations that involve IT.
  • Manages the team's capacity and plans for resource shortfall.
  • Ensures the resolution and fulfillment of assigned incidents and requests within service levels and quality standards.
  • Monitors accessibility and availability of in-scope systems.
  • Supports the business and ITG project managers, system owners and fulfillment units for the completion of project artifacts and effective management of issues and risks.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses.
  • At least 5 years employment in an IT organization with similar capacity.
  • Significant experience in development and support of IT systems.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
