Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing / SEO Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, digital strategy, and creative marketing to improve online visibility and drive engagement.

You will play a key role in managing digital presence, monitoring industry trends, and implementing SEO and marketing initiatives that support business growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Management

Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google

Curate and schedule weekly posts and articles to maintain consistent engagement

Generate content aligned with our brand positioning and marketing goals SEO & Online Visibility

Manage and optimise SEO processes to increase search visibility and online engagement

Identify and implement new strategies to improve digital presence

Monitor Google Business Profile performance, including reviews and engagement insights

Market & Competitor Analysis

Conduct competitor research across QLD and NSW markets

Monitor competitor pricing and positioning to support competitive strategy

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends

Data Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain and manage spreadsheets tracking leads and conversions

Monitor weekly and monthly marketing performance metrics

Compile and analyse notice publication data from QLD and NSW online registries

Prepare reports to support data-driven decision making

Strategic Development

Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and differentiation

Contribute ideas for improving digital marketing effectiveness

Qualification And Requirements

About You

You are analytical, organised, and digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of online marketing principles. You enjoy working with data as much as creative content and are motivated to continuously improve performance.

Ideally, You Will Bring

Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media coordination

Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills

Understanding of SEO principles and online engagement strategies

Ability to research and interpret market trends

Excellent written communication skills

High attention to detail and organisational ability

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
