You will:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology roles
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive, high-level talent
- Build proactive pipelines through events, referrals, social media, and university outreach
- Create and optimize job postings across ATS and job boards using performance data
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards & reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics)
- Use hiring data to forecast needs and recommend process improvements
- Manage relationships with external agencies and headhunters for niche roles
- Mentor contract/project recruiters and ensure SLAs are met
- Partner with engineering leaders to shape requisitions and deliver a seamless candidate experience
- Help drive process improvements, automation, and data-driven recruiting initiatives
- Contribute to broader strategic talent acquisition programs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of tech recruiting experience
- 2+ years hiring SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineers
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing senior to principal-level technical talent
- Experience building proactive lead-generation programs
- AWS / Azure / GCP, IaC, containers, CI/CD pipelines
- Skilled in using recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions
- Experience with ATS platforms like Homerun, Lever, Workday, or similar
