Senior Team Leader - Recruitment & Operations

Role: Team Leader – Operations

Location: Remote - WFH

Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 9am- 5.30pm

Region: Sydney, Australia

Monthly Salary: 55k php + quarterly bonus + paid leave

Contract: Independent Contractor - Ongoing

The Role

This is a high-performance role for a fast-growing company. You will immediately join the leadership team and have a core impact on the company's growth. We are seeking an all-rounder who can:

• Lead internal remote team training
• Lead remote team member onboarding
• Become involved in recruitment interviewing as required.
• ·Be the point of contact for remote team members.
• Identify process improvements and automate our onboarding.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a team leader with international clients (UK/U.S/AUS/UAE)
• 2+ years experience in recruitment, front face screening and interviewing or leading a recruitment team.
• Exceptional communication skills - client and staff facing
