Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent delivery of recruitment goals and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support the team's professional growth.
  • Provide regular and accurate hiring updates and reports for assigned business units or verticals.
  • Represent recruitment in project kick-off meetings and stakeholder discussions to align hiring strategies and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment progress to ensure alignment with agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and business requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics, ensuring the team meets operational KPIs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports essential to daily recruiting operations and performance tracking.
  • Oversee a few sourcing channels and assess their effectiveness in hiring for roles under managed divisions
  • Promote professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the team, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Drive proactive initiatives to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and team productivity.
  • Oversee attendance approvals or rejections in Teamware.
  • Participation of team members in company events and initiatives.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and commitment in meeting recruitment objectives within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a multi-tasking environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deliverables within set deadlines.
  • Demonstrated maturity, independence, and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and trends
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and accountability.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility with work schedules and willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement.
