Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across various business units. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, talent pipelining, stakeholder management, and providing a strong candidate experience. The Senior TA Specialist also supports employer branding, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels and specialized roles.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and timelines.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates using structured interviews and competency frameworks.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and final selection processes.
- Lead salary discussions and support offer negotiation aligned with internal guidelines.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and university networks.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, mapping, and direct sourcing.
- Act as the primary recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights, candidate availability, and hiring strategy recommendations.
- Maintain strong communication on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional recruitment experience for all applicants.
- Communicate proactively regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
- Improve candidate satisfaction through continuous process enhancements.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (TAT, pipeline status, source effectiveness, acceptance rate, etc.).
- Use data to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring process performance.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS/HRIS system.
- Support internal and external employer branding campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs, campus activities, and partnership programs.
- Create and share recruitment content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Review and optimize hiring processes to enhance efficiency and speed.
- Recommend improvements to screening tools, interview guides, and assessment methods.
- Mentor junior TA staff when needed.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record hiring for mid-senior, technical, or highly specialized roles.
- Experience in stakeholder management and structured interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong prioritization.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- High attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
