Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (₱50K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the complete recruitment process, from drawing up job briefs to successful candidate placement and post-placement follow-ups. Your role requires you to lead sourcing strategies for complex and niche roles, ensuring strong talent pipelines align with both current and future hiring needs. Additionally, you will prepare detailed candidate summaries and ensure compliance and thorough documentation of candidates.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience specifically in insurance or financial services.
  • Capability to handle high-volume and specialist roles with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and database mining.

Strong Signals

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters.
  • Knowledge of both permanent and contract placements.
  • Competence in market mapping and competitor analysis.

End-to-End Candidate Delivery

Lead the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle ensuring quality delivery.

  • Conduct in-depth screening for technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Complete thorough reference checks for candidates before placement.
  • Build strong, active talent pipelines for future needs.

Advanced Sourcing & Strategy

Implement diverse sourcing strategies to identify top talent effectively.

  • Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies including LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Provide insights into candidate availability and market expectations.
  • Explore alternative talent pools and creative solutions for challenging roles.

Client & Consultant Support

Partner closely with clients to ensure recruitment aligns with their needs.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
  • Provide insights on market conditions and candidate expectations.
  • Ensure professional experiences throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance & Process

Ensure all recruitment activities meet compliance and quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate records within CRM/ATS systems.
  • Adhere to internal processes and legislative requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Performance & Delivery

Drive performance metrics and contribute significantly to team success.

  • Work toward placement and candidate retention KPIs.
  • Demonstrate ownership and urgency in role delivery.
  • Support team revenue targets through effective recruitment.

Team Contribution

Encourage a positive and productive team environment.

  • Provide informal guidance to junior resourcers.
  • Engage in regular morale check-ins and onboarding support.
  • Identify and escalate any team concerns to operations leads.
