Senior Recruiter Engineering (Up to 50K plus incentives per placements | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

You own the end-to-end talent acquisition engine for technical engineering and construction disciplines. Your work is defined by your ability to navigate specialized talent marketsidentifying, engaging, and securing high-level Engineers and Estimators who meet rigorous technical standards.

This is not a generalist high-volume role. You operate as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate hiring cycles while maintaining high-touch candidate relationships. Best suited for recruiters who thrive on technical complexity, direct headhunting, and the responsibility of building high-performance offshore engineering teams.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment specifically within the Engineering and Construction sectors.
• Direct ownership of sourcing and closing specialized roles such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineers, as well as Estimators.
• Work Context Exposure in an outsourcing or shared services environment larger than GoTeam.
• Technical Literacy in engineering project lifecycles and familiarity with industry tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to effectively vet candidate expertise.
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu IT Park on a fixed day shift.

• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using AI-assisted recruitment or assessment platforms.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders and offer negotiations for technical roles.

Technical Talent Acquisition

You own the specialized talent pipeline, ensuring technical requirements are met without compromising on speed or quality.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to offer execution.
• Identify and engage passive talent through industry-specific networks and professional communities.
• Conduct technical screening to ensure candidates speak tech and meet project-based expertise.

Stakeholder & Pipeline Management

You act as the bridge between technical requirements and business growth, maintaining continuity for critical roles.

• Partner with Clients and Department Heads to define specific engineering requirements.
• Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring engineering and construction roles.
• Lead offer negotiations and manage pre-onboarding workflows.

Process Innovation & AI Integration

You drive recruitment efficiency by adopting modern tools that eliminate bias and reduce time-to-hire.

• Utilize GoTeam's proprietary AI tools to conduct candidate assessments.
• Leverage modern sourcing strategies to streamline the identification of niche talent.
